exercize is key!!!!!!

i've just completed my 5th week of weight watchers and exercize and i've lost 14.6lbs.

on the weeks i exercized i lost between 3.2 and 4.8 lbs- on the week that i didn't exercize i only lost .2lbs-

i cannot believe the difference 30-45 minutes 5-7 days a week can make !!!!!!!!!!!!!- i'm sold- never thought i would ever look forward to exercizing-

I definately agree. I was on a plateau and exercise is what got me through it and to goal! Keep up the great work!
 
You are correct. Exercise <i>is</i> the key. I wish I was better about working out :(
 
Its true I know. In high school I joined a gym and did great with out changing eating habits much, only cut out soda. :)
 

I agree exercise is a part of my daily routine! When I don't exercise I feel "ICKY!!"

You are quite right! I feel so much better after exercising each day! Now, if I could only be mor careful about what I eat. :rolleyes:
 
First off, congratulations on your loss!

I totally agree with you about the exercise. I have notice that I lose more the weeks I stick with my exercise routine than the weeks I just follow my WW points. Keep up the great work!
 
I think I need to print out your post to read daily - I must try to keep to exercising each day!!
