Well I don't have much to report. Its been a hectic day getting ready for Easter. I set my "Boot camp" list up on the white board but so far I've only done:
100 pushups
100 squats
40 fb kicks
10 lunges
I hope to complete my list and get in some cardio....
Well today I decided to up the intensity of my cardio....and boy and I sore. I did 62 minutes on the treadmill at a 15% incline, 20 minutes on the elliptical and a quick round on the weight circuit for 3000 pounds.
