Exercise Thread-Friday, May 21st

I am just back from my Curves workout. I must have bumped up my workout because I am breaking a harder sweat now. Hopefully when I have my monthly measurement and WI, I'll see results.

How is everyone else doing for a Friday? Have a wonderful weekend.
 
35 minute walk this AM....longer one planned tomorrow!

Good morning everyone,

I did a little over 3 miles on the TM this morning doing 5 minute walking/running intervals.

Have a great Friday everyone, and keep moving!!
 

did 1000 steps on stepper
15 minutes on stationary bike at 20mph
15minutes at slight incline on fatburning speed on treadmill

Didn't walk dog this am :( he was sick - but he is fine - probavly ate his food too fast.

I did FIRM Super Body Sculpt (upper and lower body) this morning. One day I'll get up early enough to add the abs part at the end.

only did my 1/2hr walk this morn
did get over the 10,000 steps on the pedometer
tonight i decided to "cut loose" and went for a few drinks and chinese appetizers with a friend
hey the doc told me not to loose any more weight! just gotta make sure i dont gain either - i think this is tougher than originally loosing - more of a balancing act
