Today I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes swimming.
I just got back from the gym and did the leg and ab machines, 20 mins on the treadmill and 6 mins on the bike!!
I love how I feel when I get home from the gym in the morning, it really makes my whole day seem better!!!

I forgot to post earlier today! Walked 3 miles with hubby!
I only got in a 30 minute walk, but considering I have not done any exercise for 2 or 3 weeks, I'm happy that I finally got out and got a walk in.
Today I did 45 min cardio(3 mile WATP) and 30 minutes of weight lifting, working the arms and 30 crunches on my stabilitiy ball.
Woohoo that was a lot towards the challenge. Yippy!!! I'm proud of myself.
Ran 3.4 miles outside this morning.
I went for a 2.3 mile walk.
I did two workouts today, jogging in the morning (4.1 miles in 40 minutes) and Curves after work.
never got around to post...late night at cub scouts, but I did get my ususal in, 20min on treadmill and 20min circuit on bowflex
