This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????????????
 
35 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Time to increase the resistance! :)
 
I did 50 minutes yoga this morning


Next?????
 
This morning, I went to the gym and did 5 miles on the treadmill.
 

I did my strength and sculpting DVD 40 mins-- I have Jello arms now :thumbsup2
 
ran 1/2 hour, weights and abs... oh yeah and tanned :sunny:

Who's next?
 
I did 35 minutes on the treadmill, and then the 2-mile (30 minute) WATP. :cool1:
 
I did 50 minutes for a total of 3 miles with intervals of walking/running & Incline.
 
40 minutes pilates today. Anybody else?
 
Two workouts for me, running in the morning (4.24 miles in 38:40) and Curves just before lunch.
