This morning I swam for 50 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????????????
 
I did the Tae-Bo Kickboxing video again plus crunches--30 minutes total. I'm hoping for some more minutes this afternoon.

I did WATP 1 mile then 2 segments of the WATP FirmWalk (weight training, legs and abs work). :thumbsup2

Good morning.

I did 30 minutes on my exercise bike for 9.16 miles and then 20 minutes on my arms.

Next?????????
 

35 minutes on the eliptical. (5 minute increase from my longest time!)
 
I did some mall walking in the morning, about 20 minutes, and then another walk outside pushing my son in his stroller for about 30 minutes and I also did some ab work on my exercise ball!
