This morning I ran for 60 minutes and swam for 25 minutes.

Who's next ??????????????????????????????????????????????
 
good morning -- just finished my 3 mile powerwalk WATP.........................
 
I did 30 minutes of WATP - (Super fat burning ). I used 2lb weights instead of the blue balls. My arms were exhausted when I went to do my free weights. Next time I'll do my free weights first. In addition I did 20 minutes of free weights & 10 minutes of yoga for a total of 60 minutes. :earsgirl:
 
Jogged in the water 20 minutes. Swam 30 minutes.
 

I just finished 30 min on the elliptical
 
Hi, Kathy! Good for you. The elliptical cross trainer was also my exercise of choice tonight -- 40 minutes!
 
I did two workouts today, jogging in the morning (4.27 miles in 35:03) and Curves after work.
