This morning I swam for 50 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????????????
 
Step class for 1 hour. I have a 1 hour Yoga class tonight at 6:30 as well.
 
ran 1/2 hr, 45 minutes of weights and I'm off to do my 20min of Pilates

Who's next?
 

Did 2mi of walking exercise (intesified it by jumping more and extending my legs) and rode 22 miles, in 54min. and burned 574 calories on the stationary bike. :moped:
 
I did 50 minutes elliptical at lunchtime and then 40 minutes arc trainer and 40 minutes standing bicycle thingy at the Y this evening.
 
Two workouts for me, walking in the morning (3.49 miles in 54:33) and Curves after work.
 
120 minutes of hockey (back-to-back games) UGH :faint: .

14 WW activity points and fun doing it!
