This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Good morning


I walked for 30 minutes and then did 20 minutes strength training.

Next??????????
 
ran 30 min, eliptical 10 min, bike 20 min, Pilates 20 min.

Who's next?
 

30 minutes on eliptical!

Man some of you guys do soooo much!
 
Running for me this morning, 4.25 miles in 37:26. I also spent about an hour doing some yard work this afternoon.

Great job everyone! Keep it up! :)
 
Wow! You all are doing great with your exercise routines. I'm working on mine.

Twelve minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes of strength training.
 
i almost forgot to post. but did get my workout in wed. 30 minutes step workout. beach body ab workout. :smooth:
