4.7 miles on the treadmill ::yes::
 
30 minutes of cardio on my lunch hour.

You know, I have the same post on this thread EVERY day (well, Monday - Thursday, actually), but it still feels SO GOOD to post it!!!
 

For my first day back at exercising in about 8 months, I did 1 mile on the treadmill.

Not a lot, but a good start.

Wish my foot didn't still hurt so much.
 
I did 50 minutes of exercise - Cathe's Body Fusion workout. Whew! I just love her step routines!
 
I swam for 1 hr. I did a 3/4 mile lap swim & the rest of the time, about 30 min- -I didn't break down the times exactly, just the total time was free swimming. I had the pool to myself today, so I could really get going without having to dodge the non-swimmers. :fish: :teeth: :fish: :teeth: :fish:
 
I did 6 minutes on the excercise bike & 6 minutes on the treadmill followed by a video Chair Dancing a toning & weight tape.

Pleased to report that,

I did 30 minutes swimming, 45 minutes spinning and 60 minutes on the swiss ball.
 
I had two workouts, jogging in the morning (3.6 miles in 35 minutes) and Curves after work. :teeth:
