This morning I did the entire Firm super body sculpt (upper body, lower body and abs). Woohoo!!!

What did you do to get your body moving today?
 
I did an hour Bodypump class at the Ymca. Awesome class. Really makes you feel great.

I did 35 minutes of upperbody/abs plus 20 minutes elliptical trainer plus 10 minutes stair master plus 20 minutes treadmill! I call that cross training!!!!!

I went jogging this morning, 4.1 miles in 40 minutes.

Walked 3 miles with hubby!
