30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of bike riding. I haven't ridden a bike in about a month - I sure regret that when I get to my halfway point - wondering if I can make it back! Somehow riding a bike uses muscles that NEVER get used doing anything else.
I walked for 30 minutes in the morning then for twenty minutes on my lunch break. I hope to do the elliptical machine to night for at least 20 minutes.
WOW!! THere are some major movers today!!! KUDOS to all y'all!!! I walked 3.8 miles in 1 hour this morning...trying to shave off a few minutes...my hardest time is finding the time...how do you guys find the time and fit it in? I have to get up at 5:30 before my kids wake up and head out with some neighbors, what's y'alls best times?
I am on the treadmill by 4:30 a.m. at the latest I also work out during my lunch hour as long as no other commitments prevent me from doing so. With three kids, it's the only way I am able to get it done without taking time away from my family.

I think I was a little under the weather today. I had nothing to do today and it took me until 7 pm to get my butt to the gym. Yesterday, I did 45 minutes on the bike... today I was beat after 7 minutes... so I hopped on the treadmill for the rest of the time! I couldn't believe it...
It might have something to do with the fact that I've been eating lotsa candy. It is our first year in this place and I bought lots of it and we did not have a single trick or treater. It was really disappointing... and my waistline is not thanking me!!!
