33 minutes on the elliptical trainer. I'm still on the #1 resistance setting. Once I get to 35 minutes, I'm thinking of boosting it to #2 and I'll aim for 30 minutes again. Who's next?
I did the 30 minute, 2-mile WATP, and I had done 10 treadmill minutes (my TM time got cut short!). I'm going to try the 4-mile WATP tomorrow. . .not sure about that!
