new here but saw this thread for yesterday. cool idea.
30 mins of weights so far, waiting for a contractor to get here so I can leave and skate to the pool for a swim

Did 45 min 10 mile bike ride. Too hot and humid to walk. Felt great until I stopped.

I finished my day's wo with a 5 miles in 43 minute run (TM, too hot outside). I'm pretty psyched with my pace!

an hour of tennis with a friend...if you can call what we do tennis. i think its more like pyschotic running and swatting!

I did 40 minutes on the elliptical (Level 4)!

I went to the gym and completed 3.1 miles on the cross trainer (24:30), lifted weights for 25 minutes and did 2 miles on the treadmill.
