This morning I did 45 minutes of spinning.

Who's next ????????????????????????????
 
I'm back!

Ran for an hour, and then did crunches.
My goal is 6X per week... run 1/2 hr am and then run 1hr afternoon/crunches and every other day weights
 

25 minutes of yoga this morning and some walking this afternoon.
 
Walked 45 minutes on treadmill at 3.0 incline and 4.0 speed, no stopping only decrease incline and speed for 2 minutes every 20 minutes, for hydration.
