This morning I did 45 minutes of spinning.

Who's next ????????????????????????????
 
A 30 minute walk on the treadmill for me.


next....
 
2 miles on the treadmill and 40 mins of the Biggest Loser DVD-- I really am loving that DVD... :banana:
 
60 minute boot camp dvd with Cathe
 

I did a 60 minute step class and a 30 minute Pilates class.
 
same for me - need a new dvd
walked 3/4 mile
30 mins of abs, butt and thigh DVD
50 crunchs
 
ran like crazy on a steep incline for my stress test :rotfl2:

Then I went to the gym, ran for 1/2 hour and 300 crunches :goodvibes
 
Did 45 cardio and stretching today!
 
No super motovation from me today. No, I'm not trying to be snarky (my new word of the day-love it :love: ). So, I rode the stationary bike for 66minutes, went 20miles, and burned 726 calories while watching the NFL network. :teeth:
