This morning I did 45 minutes of spinning.

Who's next ????????????????????????????
 
Slacked the last 4 days and i can feel it :headache:

walked 3/4 mile, 10 mins abs DVD and 30 crunches


next?
 

30 minutes on the Octane (for those of you who may not know what it is, it's a kind of elliptical machine), HR intervals, 503 calories!

45 minutes step class/turbo kicks and abs.

20 minutes weights (arms)

Two workouts for me, running in the morning (4.26 miles in 37:26) and Curves after work.
