I wimped out this morning and did a short ab work out from Firm super body sculpt. But something is better than nothin'!

I went jogging this morning, 4.4 miles in 40 minutes.

This morning I did WATP 30 minutes and 15 min of Pilates!
1/2hr walk outside this morn
only made it to 8000 steps for today - morning meeting kept me in my seat for few hours
Ran 3 miles in 28 minutes. And did some ab work!
