This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the cross trainer.
I walked for an hour and also did 40 minutes of abs, weights and stability ball.

This morning I did Firm BSS3 Fat Blasting Cardio. It was a great work out.
Okay, who's next?
I went jogging in the rain this morning, 4.1 miles in 39 minutes. It felt great, except when I stepped in a huge puddle.
2 firm workouts for me this morning, advanced cardio blast and and express cardio
I walked 9 miles

15min walk this morn before cleaning my 3 bathroom, kitchen and front doorway floors
then 30min walk this afternoon
I got a really great walk in at lunch time today. I've added another block to my walk. I know I go over a mile and a half, but I'm not sure of how much.
