This morning I did 45 minutes of spinning.

Who's next ????????????????????????????
 
Good morning

30 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes of yoga.

Next??????
 
ran, pilates, crunches :banana:
I'm tired. I can't wait until I stop craving the carbs so much.
I'm cutting way back to jump start my metabolism :thumbsup2
 

I did 45 minutes on treadmill, alternating 6.0 incline and 3.6 speed/ 12.0 incline and 3.0 speed. Then, I came home and did 100 crunches on my AbLounge :yay:
