i love this thread. it makes me feel that im held accountable for my daily excercise. off to work out right now. kickboxing (20 min) and then pilates today(30min) :cheer2: .

The Playstation dance mat is a great way to build up a sweat...I love it and it's fun :cool1:

By the way...I'm new to this board...I'm not really here to lose weight, just to get in shape and get healthy...I'm 23 and on Zocor (already)...High cholesterol runs in the family. I'm trying to get motivated and I think you guys are a great way of doing so :worship:
 
Two workouts for me, running in the morning (4.26 miles in 36:43) and Curves in the afternoon.
