This morning I did 45 minutes of spinning.

Who's next ????????????????????????????

I did 30 minutes on the tm and 20 minutes of yoga

Next??????????
 
I know this sounds like nothing, but it's the first time I've exercised in forever, but at least I did it.

10 minutes on my Gazelle. :blush:

The only thing that stopped me was my feet were killing me (I have insertional tendonitis in my arches).
 
:hyper: Just finished 1hr. step aerobics w/ gilad using 2 3lb. hand weights. Totally exhausting; I tried not to punch the t.v.. I hope to exercise again tonight. ;)
 

Did 77.23min on the stationary bike; went 22miles, and burned 797 calories. I'm not seeing straight right now. :upsidedow I need H2o and o2. :crazy2:
 
Two workouts for me today, running in the morning (4.25 miles in 36:45) and Curves in the afternoon, and a 1.8-mile RT walk to run an errand as well.
 
I did two workouts, too!

an hour of upperbody weights and abs at lunchtime, then 10.5 miles on the TM after work.
