Exercise thread for Thursday, April 8th

:wave: Okay exercisers today is another day and what a great day it is to get out there and exercise!!! I have to admit, it is a beautiful day here in northern Italy....70 degrees, blue skies and lots of sun, so DH, DS and I took the day off and went to the lake and the outdoor market....lots of walking and then a stop for some yummy pizza. Afterwards we headed to the gym and boy was it hard to complete my workout today, but I did by the skin of my teeth. 30 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the Life Cycle and 5 minutes on the treadmill for a total of 45 minutes, I did it, but boy was I hating life.

How about it exercisers, did you get up and get moving today?
 
I did the FIRM Super Cardio Sculpt and FIRM Abs-Workout 1.

I did FIRM cardio blast this morning and as usual, it was a blast! :)
 

I ran for 25 minutes and did some upper body weights.

The sun is shining today-- yipeee:bounce:
 
No sun for me today. But I'm still in a good mood. :)

I am going to post this now. I'm going to a baby shower tonight and right before that, I will do a walk with my friend. So I'll have no time to post this later.

35 minutes walk around the neighborhood. :)
 
I just jogged 4 miles!!!!!!!

I went for a 2 mile walk and then worked out my legs. I did leg lifts, calf raises, and squats.
 
but I did it right here in my bedroom!! Overcast and looks as though it could rain any minute here!! So, I did my WATP...one mile!! I forgot to grab my soup cans for weights...so my Beanie Babies had to suffice. Good thing the dog is the only one that saw my workout today!!!:eek:

Glad to hear everyone had a great workout day!! Glad yo got your workout in Debbi...somedays it is harder than others!! Thanks again for your encouragement and inspirtation!!!

Ya'll are making me tired with the thought all the exercising you guys did!


I had an hour Yoga class and then 35 minutes on the Elliptical.
 
I did 25 minutes on the elliptical, 125 crunches, and then 30 minutes doing laps in the pool. I surprised myself! The scale told me that I lost a pound, and after a little two pound gain, this was big news! The whole time I was swimming I just imagined another pound disappearing. I wish it was so easy...

Great job to everybody, Lizdotcom, your Beanie Baby workout sounds especially fun!

Walked in light rain this morning around the neighborhood, thirty minutes. Almost didn't, started to use rain as excuse but I've been in a determined mood lately.
 
I did the 50 min, 3 mile WATP video and, gave it my all!!! :hyper:
 
I have NO idea how you made it through three, and gave your all, but I am darn proud of you!! Soem day I wWILL get there!! I did 2 yesterday..... as best as I could and about died!! So back to 1 for me!!! You go girl!!! Since you do WATP....I seem a bit unchallenged by 1 and over challenged by 2....is there an in between? I only have 1 and 2 right now...but would like to get a few more...any suggestions?
 
12,000 steps on the pedometer
twice I got out for 15min walks
at docs I walked up & down those 4 flights of stairs instead of taking the elevator
 
I did the 2 mile WATP tape in the afternoon, and the 1 one mile WATP with weights in the evening.
