This morning I ran for 70 minutes and swam for 45 minutes.

DH and I just returned from a fabulous bike ride, 23.1 miles with an average speed of 12.2 mph, and a climb of 1100 feet! We actually reached a peak at 1572 feet where we could see both the valley where we live (Livermore) and the neighboring valley (San Joaquin). Awesome!
