Drum roll please... I walked for a total of 30 minutes. So it's a small start but I did get up and move. Tomorrow I am going to get back on WATP. I think I can, I think I can...
Does it matter how intense the exercise is? For example, when I walk around the neighborhood, it's more of a leisure walk VS. WATP which is more of a moderate intense exercise. Do we simply just count the minutes that we really do exercise? Because if so, maybe I shouldn't count my 30 minute walk today?
