walked a brisk 1-1/2 miles this morning! Twice around the lake! I'm a little out of breath, but feel good! :Pinkbounc

I just completed Firm super cardio sculpt and feel absolutely fantastic!!! This is one of the best work outs I've experienced yet! Okay, who's next?

34 minutes of walking in the heat and humidity this morning....not as much as planned, but all I could take!

1 1/2 at the gym, here's the breakdown: 45 minutes of cardio the remainer of time I worked my abs, triceps, and back muscles.

All I could muster was to take our dog for a 2 mile walk.

I worked saturday into this AM 7p-7a and I go back for another 12hour shift at 7p tonight. I never get sleep before my Saturday shift so I was VERY TIRED!

I did a Denise Austin Fat Burning Blast interval training workout this morning, then 20 minutes of pilates this afternoon. :)

I did the firm super cardio mix for 20 minutes and the standing legs tape
