This morning I ran for 70 minutes and swam for 25 minutes.

Who's next ????????????????????
 
ran for 45 min and did 250 crunches

DH had a tough but good bike ride/climb, 16.3 miles with an average speed of 9.7 mph and a climb of over 1000 feet.
 

I don't think jumping on the couch and swinging my terrible towel counts does it? I plan on getting on track tomorrow. :thumbsup2 TheSteelers did it!
