I am new here - I just found these boards, but I think this might prove to be the inspiration I need.
I did weights today - 155 crunches on an exercise ball, biceps, triceps, pecs and shoulder work. All told, about 30 minutes with no more than 1 minute between sets, usually 30 seconds to keep my heart rate up. Whew!
I lifted weights for an hour! 13 machines in the circuit- did 3 sets on almost all of them. Also did a 10 minute cardio warmup but didn't have time for cardio after, just stretched out a lot

Congrats on the 5K in 30 minutes lilouisianagal!! That's awesome!!
DH and I went on a nice bike ride, 22.4 miles with an average speed of 10.9 mph and a climb of several hundred feet as well. Fortunately we managed to miss the rain that arrived just a few hours later... made for a much more pleasant ride.
