Exercise thread for Saturday, November 20

This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the cross trainer.

Well, I got a mile walk in. I took my daughter to visit Eastern Mennonite University this weekend. I walked back and forth at one of the strip malls 4 trips. It was drizzling a bit but it was not too bad.
