Exercise thread for Saturday, February 12th

This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes of upper body work and 35 minutes of swimming.

Who's next ???????
 
The plan is 60 minutes on the tredmill as soon as DH is awake!!! :cool1:
 
Walked 3.2 miles with a VERY creepy man.......made me walk really fast though.... :rotfl:

Next....
 
I did 3.5 miles on the TM this morning.

20 min on my elliptical. Yesterday was a bad day - I ate and didnt' keep track, didn't have time to do my exercise adn got VERY bummed.

Today will be better!!
 
Liz -- what gives? What creepy man? Doing okay? How are those pants holding up? Is your knee better?

I did 1 mile on TM (having real problems with shin splints) in 18 mins; 3 miles on stationery bike in 16 minutes (down 2 minutes from last week); and .3 miles on the cross-trainer (5 minutes). Really worked up a sweat on the cross-trainer. Next time I will try to do that at the beginning of my workout and will try for 10 minutes.
 
Unique workout for me today - lifting and loading 30 sheets of drywall into The Home Depot truck, then off-loading it and bringing it in the house, then down the stairs and then installing 20 sheets of drywall today. there has to be some calories in that - not sure on the time though!
