This morning I ran for 65 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????
 
I'm getting back on track :thumbsup2
60 min. of cardio and 20 min. abs

30 minutes of pilates! Next?
 

I ran for 2 miles, rode the stationary bike for 25 minutes and did lower body weights.

Next?
 
Just had a 20 minute jog around my neighborhood. Could of have gone longer longer though, it's getting dark too early!!!!
