I'm new to the WISH board so I hope you don't mind if I join in. I need to be more accountable to myself for working out.
Today I got up at 6 did a 2 mile WATP video
35 minute brisk walk at lunch with my hubby
30 minute walk to and from the gym
35 minutes on elliptical (intense level for me per body for life plan)
25 minutes on treadmill (there was a good show on tv that I had to see the end of or I would have been out after the elliptical. )
It was more than I normally do but I hope to stick with this plan, it has worked for me in the past.
