Old WISHER back on the wagon again! Hello everyone!
This morning I powerwalked 35 minutes on the treadmill and just finished a 30 minute weight lifting class. Today starts a new chapter of health and fitness in my life and exercise is a big part of it.
a little late but I did make it to the gym last night walk/run for 45 minutes only 3.50 miles though. I'm getting sick with strep throat I think so I wasn't pushing to hard.
