Well I am on week 2 of a 12 week walk to run program that I do believe is gonna kill me.
I am not a born runner....hahaha. I am more of a trampler! flat footed strange woman who should really just stick to walking but what the hey!
Masters swimming is done for the summer and I gotta kick up the walking somehow or I'm gonna outgrow my summer clothes.
So....I did my 40 minute walk/run thing this morning. Then I took the kids to Toronto today and we walked to the cn tower and did that whole thing and then walked T.O and came home....exhausted now and gotta make dinner.

I did Atkins 2 years ago and lost a huge amount fast but couldn't stick to the extremely low carb way and then totally lost it.
I did interval training on the treadmill today for 45 minutes (one minute quick walk/one minute run). If weather permits, dh and I will go for a half hour walk tonight too.
