This morning I swam for 50 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????????????
 
This morning I rode my exercise bike for 30 minutes (9.5 miles) and then did 10 minutes of weights.

I just had a gorgeous outdoor run. 5.5 miles. The weather is scrumptious :sunny:

i did walk/jog combo for 4 miles this morning.............
 
I did 50 minutes of circuit training & 10 minutes of yoga. I've gotta increase those minutes if I'm going to meet my goal this month.
 
I have a hard time doing anything on Monday - I did 2.5 mil on the TM and I am going to do 8 minutes with Jorge tonight :cool1:
 
I did 45 min on the elliptical and 20 min walking. Hotel fitness rooms are my method of exercising.
 
I did two workouts today, jogging in the morning (4.28 miles in 35:13) and Curves after work - plus, I took a 1-mile walk during lunch while running an errand. Go me! :)
 
3 bouts on Monday -- I haven't done that in a long time. All three were 3 mile walks.
 
I did 30 minutes on the recumbent bike (5.3 miles) and 30 minutes on the elliptical cross trainer (2 miles).
