Exercise Thread for Monday (4/5/04)

Okay, did you run, jump, sprint, walk, kick, or just park your car far away from the grocery store?

Whatever you did to move your body today, we want to hear about it!

I did FIRM cardio sculpt blast. How about you?
 
I did pilates. I've been out of town for a week and only did some walking, so it felt great to get back to excercising.
 
:wave: Does 7-1/2 hours walking around a theme park count for exercise???? I sure hope so because this is my regular gym day and I am pooped!
 
I went for a1.5 mile walk this morning. I hit Curves this afternoon. I'm off to shower.
 

I did FIRM Upper Body and FIRM Cardio Sculpt Blaster.
 
It's been almost 2 weeks since I've exercissed due to being sick but today I did the one mile watp express and FIRM ab sculpt.
 
I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine and swam laps for 20 minutes. I then sat in the hot tub, watching some people swim, got up and got back in the pool to do five more minutes of work...Someday I know that the extra five minutes will pay off! :D

I walked a half of an hour at lunch time, it was a bit windy and chilly but it felt good to get out.
I went clothes shopping tonight, and got home late, so no evening work out for me today.
 
It's late, but better late than never! Tonight was just a cardio day, so I did 4 miles on the treadmill to burn up 412 calories (although who knows how (in)accurate that counter is on the treadmill. Anyway, I worked up a sweat so I know I done good.

I did the 30 min, 2 mile WATP video with weights. :D
 
I jogged 4 miles onthe treadmill took about 50 minutes!

Gonna do it again tomorrow.

Not really exercise, but I got some bad news about my ankle and have to have another sugery...so I have to go easy on the ankle for a while again!! But I am commited to eating smart!!!!!!! Way to go all who exercised today!!!!

I did my 1 mile WATP for abs. I'm just getting started with exercising again and it felt great!
 
Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (3.2 miles in 38 minutes) and Curves after work.
 
Hi!

Last night I got home late, and didn't have time to post.

For Monday, I ran 1 mile, did yoga, qigong & stretching, did my upper body workout, and rode my bike 1 mile.
