Exercise Thread for Friday, October 15

This morning I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the stepper, 10 minutes on the aerobic glider and swam for 20 minutes.

Who's next??
 
I did my normal 30 mins on the treadmill and 6 mins of the bike and the inner and outer thigh machine.

I was feeling a little tired today:( My 8 month old has Chicken Pox and taking care of him is starting to wear me down!
 
I went jogging this morning, 5.0 miles in 50 minutes - my longest run ever! I added an extra mile because I'm doing a quick bit of training for a 10K (6.2 mile) race on 10/30. WISH me luck! :teeth:

Did 30 minute run on treadmill then 15 minute hill climb on treadmill.

ME!!

I only walked one mile yesterday before an asthma attack caught but later that night, I did the 2 mile WATP tape to make up for finishing 'early' on my walk.
