I thought I would the work out thread going today. I did about 1.5 miles on the treadmill at a 5.0 incline this morning and 20 flights of stairs on the stairmaster as part of the March Madness challenge at the gym. I will go back to the gym at lunch time and do 3 sets of 12 body weight squats and 10 more flights of stairs which will mean I did 100 flights of stairs between yesterday and today! That will mean that I have completed the gym challenge for the week and did 3 extra credit events! Woohoo!!
