I woke up early to do aerobics for 40 minutes. My plan for tomorrow is to go bike riding with my family. Running around trying to teach my 7 year old how to ride without her training wheels is MUCH more taxing than riding myself!
40 minutes of The Firm: body sculpt, 5 minutes of a warmup and 5 minutes of extra ab exercises. drcmk, have fun with the bike lessons. You will get in a workout today.
ETA: DH and I also took a 3.6 mile walk this evening - which barely covered the scoop of strawberry cheesecake ice cream I managed to find along the way.
