I assume you're talking about the regular P90 (power 90) program, which is also a good starting workout series; and not the P90X (definately don't look to jump into that program, especially if Si6 was a challenge)
I believe he (Tony Horton) has a new series out as well called something like '10 minute trainer' or such.... which, as the name implies, are workouts that are 10 minutes long, for those who don't have 60+ minutes a day to workout.... haven't seen them myself, so can't speak for what they involve....
Actually, it was the p90x that I was referring to. I like the variety and the fact that every day is something different.
