A probable deal-breaker problem (something we just found out about) has come up with our March trip on the resort's end having to do with construction (oh what fun! noise! fumes! yay). I need to talk to someone who can work with us on this & who has the power to fix it, but CRO/Guest Services isn't being much help & the resort(spoke to front desk who asked Manager who said they couldn't do a thing) just kicked me back to CRO (it's so much fun being stuck in an informational loop, isn't it?).
