Excursions for 4 day cruise...HELP!

I've been looking over the excursions for the 4-day cruise over and over again and I don't see any that jump right up and say "Book Me!". Are there any excursions that are that great or should I just stay on the boat and enjoy the Wonder? BTW we are on the 4-day with a day at Freeport.

I can tell you NOT to do the Glass Bottom boat tour in Nassau!! LOL It was terrible!!!! We really enjoyed ALL of the ports for their own flavors. Nassau was interesting but if you dont like people trying to make money and panhandling you may hate it but we liked to just look around at the city and the straw market. In Freeport we did the Dolphin Encounter which was really fun for all of us although quite pricey...but it was alot of fun!!! Freeport is a really neat place and seemed more quiet and not quite as dirty as Nassau but then hubby and I loved Costa Rica and Panama (poor poor cities) for what they are!!! If nothing really floats your boat (so to speak) maybe just get off in Nassau and walk to the straw market and barter or just look around. You can always decide to do a tour last minute on the pier to take you to Atlantis or on a city tour if you really want to do something once you get there.

Freeport seemed to have a few tours you could buy at the pier as well and it was a neat place.
