Hello!

In the midst of planning my first Disney Cruise (just finished paying for it! Woo hoo!) and was wondering about something I read in Passporters. DH and I hoped to do a short excursion in either St. Thomas or St. Maarten while DD was in the Oceaneers Club (only if all of us were completely comfortable with the arrangements there.)

Anyway, I noticed in PP that OC opens a 9:00 a.m., but most of the early morning excursions meet at 7:45 or 8:00 a.m. Is this correct? So we could really only do the ones that meet in the afternoon, right?

Also, what's DCL's policy on cancelling. If we schedule an excursion, but DD hates the Club and we need to cancel, do we get charged?

Thanks for your help!

Jenn

I just checked out Barb's website (www.castawayclub.com) and looked at the kid's navigators. On the two days in port, the kid's club opens up at 7:30, so doing an early excursion should be no problem.

You can cancel something like 24 or 48 hours before you depart on your cruise. After the magic time has expired, you pay the cost unless Disney cancels.
