Excursion sigh up

At online check in do you have to fill in all the personal info before you can sign up for excursions

No because you usually sign up for excursions way before you do your online check in. Like we did ours last month but our check in isn't until 30 days before sailing (And we're at 68 days today). Are you already at your 30 days?

We are silver members and the web site say's "Your booking window opens on March 20, 2022 " Does that mean the whole check in thing... name, address, pictures etc. and also excursions or only excursions and do "check in" at the 30 day mark. If both should I do the excursions before the "check in"?

Check in is at 30 days for everyone.

Right so on March 20th you will book your excursions, drink tastings, etc. And then you won't do your check in until 30 days before the cruise. When is your cruise?

Our cruise is June 18. Thanks for the help We have four rooms. If I understand it right I can sign any linked cruisers from other rooms to my excursion. So, we can have one person from each room try to get a different excursion for the group correct?
Also, how is the price of it then charged, to the person signing everyone up or will each person's room be charged? Thanks for any advice and help.

Yes as long as your rooms are linked you can select any of the people in those rooms for the excursions, etc. And yes the rooms containing those individuals will get the fee. You're very welcome!

Eta: I would suggest that only one person is logged in doing the excursions. It may cause issues if you're all trying to book stuff at the same time.

You also all have to be the same level. Can’t book excursions for new cruisers on Silver day.

They wouldn't be allowed to book for anyone in a lesser level (I guess since they are silver this would only matter if they have someone doing their first cruise) but had they anyone who was gold or higher they could (since higher levels would have been able to book before silver).
