Excursion Reviews???

Help, please! I'm trying to find reviews for western excursions. I found a spot where I think reviews should be posted but there were only a couple. I find that hard to believe. Any suggestions?

We were on 4/23 Western cruise. We didn't do any excursions in Key West, just a little shopping and walking around.

In Grand Cayman we did the Rum Point Beach Excursion. Beautiful Beach! The downside to this excursion is that it takes a long time to get there. The beach is on the other side of the island and it takes a 15 minute bus and 45 minute ferry ride. The plus to this was that on the way back the kids napped on the ferry, so they were refreshed and ready for dinner when we got back to the ship.

If you want to know about a specific excursion just post a question regarding that particular excursion.

Overall, we had a great time on the Western cruise. Hope you do too.

Go to cruise critic at: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=210
and you can flip around the different forums for the different ports. I think this one will land you on the Cozumel forum. Go to the bottom of the page to change forums (ports of call). there are always excursion reviews there.

When I was researching excursions for our first western cruise I went to the Cruise Trip Reports board and then did a search using each of the ports and skimmed through until I found posts that mentioned the excursions.

For example, I'd use the word "Tulum" to search for reviews of the Tulum ruins excursions.

Hope this helps, and if you have any specific excursions in mind, just list them and maybe some of us who've done them can give you a review.

mrsfuzzmo had a great review of the dune buggy excursion in Cozumel way back when. With the board "switching" I am no longer able to find it. I bet if you pm'd her she would be able to get it for you of give you more info.
