Excursion Reservations

I havent gotten our final cruise packet for our cruise yet. At 60 days, which is just around the corner, can I still call to make my reservations?

If you have received the information on the excursions - yes, you can make your excursion reservations at 60 days. You don't need your "boarding" documents to do that.

i think all that you might need at the 60 day mark is to be paid in full and know what your reservation number is to book your excursions in advance.

Do many of the excursions fill up on that 60 day mark? Do I need to be quick about making the reservations to get what I want? Can you cancel an excursion reservation without any penalty if you change your mind later?

A separate packet arrived about 1 week before the 60 day mark with just excursion information. It contains codes for the excursions but you can get those from the DCL website as well.

You will need to be paid in full and have your reservation number as already noted.

Some of the more popular excursions fill up quite fast and others do not. I found the CM could give me a good idea. At the time I booked our excursions DS had not decided for sure on a couple of the teen excursions. The CM indicated that one tended to book quickly, while the other generally had space up until boarding when it filled very quickly. You can cancel up to 2 days before sail date without penalty. So I went ahead and booked them figuring he could cancel. Wouldn't you know 2 days later he decided he definitely wanted to do these at least I saved myself a 2nd phone call.
