Excursion Questions for 4 Day

Castaway Cay-
1. Is the Float/Tube rental necessary at 60 days out or can they be readily available on the island? If you need to get them before getting off the ship, I can see doing it now would save you the line later. Or is there a counter on the island where you go up to rent a float?

2. Personal Watercraft Eco Tour - anyone done this with a like or dislike? These are jet skis? Does it usually sell out?

Castaway Cay vs Nassau-

I want to go parasailing but don't want to overbook myself all in one day. Are there reptuable parasailing locations at Nassau?

1. You can rent them the "day of" on CC, it's not REQUIRED to do so beforehand, but I'm not sure if it saves you any time by reserving in advance. I think you still have to stand in line on the island to pick them up.

2. We'll be doing it next Tuesday - can tell you then.

When I booked the P Watercraft Eco Tour, the cost was way more than I understood it to be. The info from the website says: "Adult Price: $160 for a double; $95 for a single rider"
So I would think for my husband and me, the cost is $160 total. The CM booking my excursions told me the cost would be $320 total. Is this right? I plan on canceling if it is $320. Tell me what you know?

okay, the way we booked it was DH is a single ($95) and I got a double ($160) and we didn't sign up our daughter at all but we supposedly able to take her with us and put her on my jetski at no extra cost.

If it is 2 people on a bike it's supposed to be $160 total. Now, if you each wanted a bike I presume they charge you $95 each for a total of $190.

1. There is really no advantage to reserving tubes, floats or snorkel equipment on Castaway Cay ahead of time. We did it and still had to stand in line with our tickets to pick up the items. We ended up not even using the floats. I'd wait until that day.

2. My DD and DH did the Jet Ski eco tour and loved it. This is something that you absolutely want to book ahead of time. Ivanova explained it correctly. If there are two of you going, you'll either pay $95 each to have your own jet ski, or $160 total for both of you to share one jet ski.

Thanks for clarifying ivanova and TammiMcMan. I thought something sounded off with the excursion booker. Maybe she has my dh signed up for a double and a double for me too. I hope when I call back I get someone else.
