Excursion limitations still in effect?

With the other restrictions being lowered, has anyone heard if the islands are relaxing protocols as well? We have a 4 year old and currently have DCL excursions booked for St. Thomas and Tortola, but if we don't have to pay to get off the ship, we will cancel at least one of them, but have not found anywhere that mentions it yet. I looked on St. Thomas's website yesterday and it did not really mention relaxing anything yet, but who knows what a bus driver told a cast member that told one of your cousins. TIA everyone.
