Excursion for 6 and 9y/o Eastern7day

What excursions would you do with a 6 and 9 y/o on the eastern 7 day? Also how early can i reserve for excursions?

We are going March 8th and I am so excited, the family doesnt know. They are gonna be so excited.

We're also going on the Magic on 3/08! Our 6 yr old DD is very excited. We've already booked our excursions for St. John's (The 5 Star Trunk Bay Snorkel) and St. Maartin (Dolphin Swim in Anguilla). You can book early buy just calling DCL and do it right over the phone. They will send you confirmation in the mail and will just bill your stateroom on the ship. You can change your mind up to 2 days before sailing...I think. After that, there's not any changes. We're pretty set on ours.
