Hoping for some recommendations for Nassau and Castaway. It'll be my wife and I along with our 4 year old, 10 and 15 year old. Not so sure I can convince my wife to leave 4 year old with childcare (helicopter mom). If there's childcare on shore at Castaway or Nassau then MAYBE lol.

Oceaneer's Club moves to the island on Castaway Cay day.

Castaway really does not need excursions IMHO. Just a nice, chill beach day.

The kid's club area on CC is called Scuttle's Cove. It is really nice with all kinds of fun activities for the kids to do there. You check them in and out just like you do on the ship. They don't take them out of the area, so you can reassure you wife your 4 yr old will be safe there. You take the wave phone from your cabin with you and the cms will call if your child wants to be picked up early. First time my dd went, I thought she'd want to be there for an hour and no more. We had to drag her out after 2 hours. You can leave your child on the ship at the Oceaneer's club while in Nassua if you want. You'd tell the cms and give them a phone number/tell them what excursion you're doing(if you do one) so they can reach you if needed.
